摘要
目的探讨高血压颈动脉硬化患者血清chemerin与MMPs及血管内皮功能关系及临床意义.方法选择高血压患者124例,分为高血压无颈动脉硬化组(A组)63例,高血压合并颈动脉组(B组)61例,同时选择健康人群40例作为对照组(C组).分别检测Chemerin及MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1及ICAM-1、VCAM-1.结果 A组Chemerin较C组均存在显著性升高(P<0.05),ICAM-1、VCAM-1未见显著性差异(P>0.05).B组Chemerin、ICAM-1、VCAM-1较A组、C组均有有显著升高(P<0.05).A组MMP-9较C组均存在显著性升高(P<0.05),MMP-3、TIMP-1未见显著性差异(P>0.05).B组MMP-3、MMP-9、TIMP-1较A组、C组均有有显著性差异(P<0.05).Chemerin与ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MMP-3呈显著正相关(P<0.05),TIMP-1与Chemerin显著负相关(P<0.05),MMP-9与Chemerin极显著正相关(P<0.01).结论高血压患者chemerin与MMPs及粘附因子密切相关,是高血压病患者发生颈动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因子之一.
Objective To investigate the correlations of serum chemerin with MMPs and vascular endothelial function in carotid atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with hypertension were divided into high blood pressure without carotid atherosclerosis group(Group A, 63 cases) and hypertension with carotid atherosclerosis group(Group B,61 cases),while 40 cases of healthy people were selected as a control group(Group C). Chemerin,MMP-3,MMP-9,TIMP-1,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were detected. Res ults Chemerin in group A increased significantly than group C(P < 0.05),while ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 showed no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05). Compared with groups A and C, chemerin, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 have significantly increased in group B(P < 0.05). MMP-9 in group A were significantly higher than that in group C(P < 0.05),but MMP-3 and TIMP-1 showed no significant differences(P > 0.05). MMP-3, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in Group B showed significant differences in comparison with groups A and C(P < 0.05). Chemerin showed significant positive correlations with ICAM-1,VCAM-1 and MMP-3(P < 0.05), a significant negative correlation with TIMP-1(P < 0.05), and a significant positive correlation with MMP-9(P < 0.01). Conclus ion Chemerin is closely related to MMPs and adhesion molecules in hypertensionpatients, which is an important risk factor for carotid atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension.
