摘要
目的探讨皮肌炎患者血清肌酶变化与患者性别、年龄的关系,揭示皮肌炎患者实验室检查的特点,从而使国内外的临床医务工作者对皮肌炎的认识和诊断起到一定的参考和辅助作用.方法回顾性分析65例患者中的性别比例、年龄特点、实验室检测结果,对血清肌酶变化与性别、年龄的关系及血清肌酶相关性进行统计学分析和比较.结果 (1)患者男:女=1:2.25,女性发病率较高;(2)年龄10~83岁,中位年龄47岁,其中在41~60岁之间发病率最高,达40%;(3)血清肌酶变化与患者的性别无关;(4)41~60岁年龄段患者的CK值与CK-mb值均明显低于其他两组(P<0.05),≤40岁组和≥61岁组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而LDH、AST、ALT值各年龄段之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(5)CK-AST配对比较两个检测结果之间不一致,而CK-CK-mb、CK-LDH、CK-ALT、LDH-AST、LDH-ALT和AST-ALT之间,检测结果的趋势一致.结论血清肌酶可以作为检测皮肌炎的重要指标;血清肌酶变化与年龄相关,其中41~60岁年龄段尤为明显.
Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relation between change of creatine kinase(CK) and gender,age of patients in dermatomyositis cases, disclose the characters of dermatomyositis patients by laboratory inspection, in order to provide the reference and help for clinical workers home and abroad on the understanding and diagnosis of dermatomyositis. Methods The gender ratio, age character and laboratory test results were analyzed in 65 dermatomyositis cases by retrospective analysis method. Especially, the CK correlation and the relation between CK change and gender and age were analyzed statistically and compared. Res ults(1) There was a gender difference between male and female patients with the ratio of 1 : 2.25,and women have a higher incidence rate.(1) The ages of patients ranged from 10 to 83,with an average of 47. The incidence rate in 41-60 years old was the highest reaching 40%.(3) CK change was unrelated with the gender of patients.(4) CK value and CK-mb value in the range of 41-60 years old were much lower than those in the other two groups. There was no significant difference between ≤ 40 group and ≥61 group,and there was no significant difference among all age groups in LDH, AST, ALT values.(5) Two results of CK-AST pair comparison were inconsistent, while the tendency among CK-CK-mb, CK-LDH, CK-ALT, LDH-AST, LDH-ALT and AST-ALT was in accordance.Conclus ion CK is an important indicator to evaluate dermatomyositis.The results suggested that change of CK was corelated to age in particular during age of 41-60.
