云南省楚雄州2010年至2012年性病疫情分析

Epidemic Situation Analysis of Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Chuxiong Prefecture of Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2012

目的掌握楚雄州2010年至2012年性病(STD)的发病趋势,找出流行特征及影响因素,为政府制定相关政策提供科学依据.方法对楚雄州2010年至2012年性病疫情报告资料及人口数据进行描述性分析.结果 2010至2012年全州共报告性传播疾病(不包括HIV阳性和艾滋病)1 268例,年发病率为15.6/10万,2011年报告的病例数最多(540例);2010年至2012年上报的女性病例数(653例)高于男性病例数(615例),发病年龄主要集中在20~29岁、30~39岁组,职业主要集中于农民、家务及待业人群,地区分布主要在禄丰县(224例)、大姚县(127例)、楚雄市(107例)、姚安县(103例).结论 2010年至2012年楚雄州性病报告病例主要集中在女性、青壮年、农民和家务及待业这一群体.建议加强这部分人群性病预防知识和健康教育管理工作.

Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the incidence trend of sexually transmitted disease(STD) in Chuxiong Prefecture from 2010 to 2012, find out the epidemic characteristics and influence factors,in order to provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate relevant policies. Methods Descriptive analysis method was used to analyze STD epidemic report data and population data from 2010 to 2012 in Chuxiong Prefecture. Res ults 2010-2012, 1268 cases of STD were reported in the state(not including HIV and AIDS), with the annual incidence of 15.6/100000 and the maximum number of reported cases in 2011(540 cases). Women cases reported in 2010-2012(653 cases) were higher than the man cases reported(615 cases). The onset age were mainly concentrated in the 20-29 and 30-39 age groups, the occupation fields mainly were in farmers, houseworker and unemployed people,and were distributed mainly in Lufeng city(224 cases),Dayao city(127 cases), chuxiong city(107 cases), and Yaoan city(103 cases). Conclus ion 2010-2012, cases of STD reported in chuxiong mainly focused on women,young adults,farmers,houseworker and unemployed people.It is suggested to strengthen STD prevention knowledge and health education management work for these people.
