“诱乳素”诱导空怀母牛泌乳的技术研究

Milk Inducement with Composite Hormones for Non-pregnant Dairy Cow

采用 1∶ 2 .5比例将雌二醇和孕酮制成“诱乳素”处理空怀和泌乳量低母牛。 1 0 7头供试母牛每日 2次注射诱乳素 ,连续 7～ 8d。结果表明 ,处理后 2～ 3d内出现乳汁 ,第 4d开始出现正常乳汁 ,第1 0～ 1 5 d产奶量最高可达 1 0～ 1 5 kg。处理后 60 d,母牛平均产奶量以对干奶期 6个月的母牛处理后为最高 ( P<0 .0 5 )。此外 ,经诱导泌乳处理后 。

Non pregnant and Low yield dairy cow were treated with composite hormones of estrogen and lutein. One hundred and seven dairy cows were injected twice a day for seven or eight days continuously. On the second or third day, cow started to secrete milk. On the fourth day, normal milk were secreted. On tenth to fifteenth day, milk yield per day reached ten to fifteen kilograms. Two months later, milk yield of those cows that were at the sixth month of dry period was the highest ( P <0.05). Results also showed that milk inducement could improve estrogen and conception rate of non pregnant dairy cow.
