Following the principles of designing and compiling barehand exercises and complying with the rules and characters of playing soccer,this paper works out series of scientific and reasonable 'soccer exercises' to supply the teaching of soccer training with specialized barehand exercises,enrick teaching methods and enhance the improvement of teaching level.
