简要介绍了以间苯二酚为原料合成 2 ,4-二羟基苯甲酸的生产原理及工艺流程 ,对生产中温度、氧化、脱色、结晶等工艺条件进行了改进 ,改进后反应压力为 0 .2 5MPa ,反应温度 95℃ ,并采用新型脱色剂 ,产品质量明显提高 ,年降低消耗价值近 3 6万元。

The producting principle and process flow of 2,4-Dihyoxybenzoicacid were introduced in this paper, through improving temperature, oxidation, decolorization and orystallisation etc. the process conditions, its quality had good increase, and consumption was reduced $300,000 every year.
