摘要
在20世纪特别是第二次世界大战以来,针对不同类型教育行政管理体制的弊端,世界各国都进行了积极的改革和探索,呈现出民主化、科学化、均权化、专业化的特点。这些改革和探索取得了积极的成效,推动了教育事业的改革和发展,并将在21世纪取得新的进展和突破。
During the 20th century, especially after the World War II, every country has made a positive exploration into how to reform the drawbacks of different types of educational administration management system, which shows the following characteristics: democratic, scientific, balance of rights, and specialization. The reform and exploration have borne fruits. They have promoted the development of the education reform and will make new breakthrough in the 21th century.
