摘要  实验表明L-对羟基苯甘氨酸在水杨醛的催化下,其消旋速率随羧酸溶剂的酸度降低而增加。在此基础上研究了DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸的不对称转化:以(+)-苯基乙磺酸为拆分试剂,水杨醛为催化剂,在正丁酸溶剂中进行不对称转化,获得D-对羟基苯甘氨酸收率95.1%,旋光纯度98.3%。 It was experimentally found that the rate of racemization of Lphydroxyphenylglycine by using aldehydes as catalyst increased with a decrease in the acidity of the carboxylic acid used as solvent. Based on these results, the asymmetric transformation of DLphydroxyphenylglycine was carried out via formation of salts with (+)lphenylethanesulfonic acid to give optical pure Dphydroxyphenylglycine with 98.3% optical purity in 95.1% yield.
