摘要
通过对HOWDEN压缩机首次消缺检修,剖析了机封泄漏的原因,原先接触式机封使密封磨擦副因直接接触而处于严重的磨损状态,致使密封早期失效,再加上原始安装中存在的缺陷以及静环“O”形圈的变形,造成润滑油严重泄漏。 新型机封使密封磨擦副处于非接触状态,端面之间不存在直接的固体磨擦磨损,可实现工艺气体的零泄漏,确保工艺装置安全稳定长周期运行,取得明显的经济效益。
The article has analyzed the reason for leakage of mechanical seal after first maintenance for eliminating defect of mechanical seal for imported compressor from HOWDEN. Since friction pair of the seal for original contact mechanical seal directly touched each other, it was in the condition of serious wear, resulting in the seal out of function in early stage. In addition, defects existed during initial installation and distortion of static 0 ring led to serious leakage of lubricant oil. New type mechanical seal is in the condition of non-contact for friction pair of the seal. It isn' t in direct friction of solid objects between end faces. This can realize zero leakage of process gas to ensure safe, stable and long-term operation for process plant so that obvious economic profits will be achieved.
