摘要
对大庆油田杏十二联合站的易发事故进行了分析 ,并将HSE管理体系应用于其管理之中 ,提出了应急处理预案模式 ,保证了安全生产。
ln this paper some emergemy measures are put forward by the analyses of the accidents easily happened in Daqing Oilfield and the application of HSE management system, and safety in production is ensured.
