摘要
伊利石与高岭石是很相近的粘土矿物。高岭石在国内外造纸工业上早已广泛应用,而伊利石只是用于陶瓷行业,尚未见过造纸工业上应用的报导。用在陶瓷工业上的软质伊利石俗称瓷土,硬质的称瓷石,吉林省万宝伊利石矿属软质。最近我们对该矿区伊利石分布、产状、矿物组合及物化性能作了研究,进行了选矿工艺试验。将提纯的伊利石精土,在造纸厂汽刀涂布机上进行了试涂,其结果是涂料的制备。
Illite is a clay mineral similar to kaolinite.At present,kaolinite is used as paint for art paper at home and abroad.Illite used in this field has not been reported. First,we began to research the mineralogy of illite and then designed a rational technological process for dressing.Meanwhile,we made a refining and purifying test and coating test of art paper for illite deposit at Wanbao- he,Antu county.A satisfying result has been achieved. According to the clay mineralogy,the authors describe systematically the texture and structure of illite and its composition and physicochemical pro- perty.Meanwhile,the authors also point out the know-how of the dressing for illite and some problems which we should pay attention to,and discuss the quality requirement for paint-grade clay in papermaking industry.
