摘要
以 Na HSO3- K2 S2 O8为引发剂 ,引发壳聚糖与丙烯腈接枝共聚 ,结果表明 ,当 K2 S2 O8的浓度为 0 .0 11mol· L- 1 ,Na HSO3的浓度为 0 .0 10 m ol· L- 1 ,丙烯腈 AN的浓度为 0 .5 0 mol· L- 1时 ,1.0 g壳聚糖· (10 0 m L) - 1的溶液 ,在 6 0℃反应 4 .5 h后 ,其接枝率为 16 8.76 % ,接枝效率为 80 .6 3% ,并且其重现性好。
The graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto chito sa n was prepared using NaHSO_3-K_2S_2O_8 as initiator. The results showed tha t the optimum process conditions were as follows: =0.011 mol/L, =0.010 mol/L,=0.50 mol/L, chitosan concentration was 1.0 g/100 mL, reaction time 4.5h,temperature 60℃. The grafting(G%) and graft efficiency(E %) were 168.76%,80.63% respectively under the optimum process conditions.
