摘要 采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了不同组成的Sr1-xBaxTiO3(x =0 0 ,0 3 ,0 4 ,0 5 ,0 6) (SBT)粉体 ,分析了形成钛酸锶钡凝胶的影响因素 ,利用XRD ,DTA ,SEM手段分析了干凝胶各阶段的反应情况、物相组成以及颗粒形貌、尺寸。实验结果表明 :制得的SBT粉体晶相单一 ,颗粒粒径小于 5 0nm 。 The superfine powder of Sr_ 1-xBa_xTiO_3(SBT)with various compositions(X=0.0,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6)were prepared by Sol-gel process and the factors of effecting on the formation of gels were analyzed.The reaction mechanism,thermolysis process,composition of phases,and the morphology,size of crystal grains were also analyzed by DTA,XRD and SEM.The experimental results show that the obtained SBT powder is very fine whose size is lower than 50nm and is distributed homogeneously.
