摘要
讨论了影响合成甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶 (VMQ)用甲基乙烯基环硅氧烷 (VMC)质量的因素 ,如VMC中三官能链节的含量、三环体的含量及乙烯基含量等 ;指出了生产高质量VMQ所需要的VMC的合理的技术要求 。
The factors affecting the quality of VMC specially used in synthesis of VMQ gum were discussed. Pointed out that the contents of trifunctional group chain,vinylmethylcyclictrisiloxane and vinyl groups were the dominant factors affecting quality of VMC. The reasonable technical requirements for VMC and a simple method for testing quality of VMC were put forward. Meanwhile,the technical requirements for VMC of shin-etsu Chemical Co. and Rhodia Corp. were introduced.
