Development and design of Y4874 rotary kiln

铜陵海螺5000t/d国产化示范生产线,采用南京院自行开发研制的Y4874回转窑。该回转窑结构设计中,采用了实心铸造轮带、浮动垫板、液压档轮、自动调心滑动轴承和直流单传动装置,在窑筒体进、出料端设有耐热钢护板,窑头、窑尾的密封分别采用钢片径向及汽缸压紧端面接触式密封。Y4874回转窑投产至今,运行良好,目前产量基本稳定在5600t?d以上。

Y4874rotary kiln developed by NCDRI itself is used in Tongling Conch5000t*/d China-made demonstration pro-duction line.In design of the kiln body structure,cast solid tyre,floating backing plate,hydraulic thruster,self-aligning slip bearing and direct-current single drive device are applied.Heat resisting steel shield are set at inlet and outlet of kiln shell,sealing of radial steel sheet and end contact tightly sealing by cylinder are used for two ends of the kiln.Since being put in-to operation,the kiln is stably running and keeps the capacity over5000t*/d.
