摘要 研究ω 芋螺毒素及衍生物的结构与生物活性的关系。采用固相多肽合成法合成了ω 芋螺毒素及其衍生物。结果显示 ,ω 芋螺毒素衍生物结构稳定性和生物活性均比ω 芋螺毒素差。 To Study the relation of the structure and bioactivity of ω-conotoxin and its derivatives. Synthesizing the ω-conotoxin and its derivatives by solid-phase peptide synthesis. The results show the structure stability and bioactivity of ω-conotoxin derivatives are no better than the original ω-conotoxin.;
