摘要
对八棱麻水蒸气蒸馏所得挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分析,结合计算机检索鉴定了26种成分,并用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。
26 chemical constituents of the essential oil from Sambucus chinensis Lindl. were separated and identified by GC/MS. The relative contents of them were detemined by area nomaliation.
