北京钢结构组合式种子仓房夏季温湿度环境测试分析

摘要 该文研究了北京地区钢结构组合式种子仓房夏季的温湿度及其分布。测试期间 ,仓外最高气温 3 6.6℃ ,仓内最高平均空气温度为 2 7.4℃ ,种堆最高平均温度为 2 5 .8℃ ,仓内外最高空气温差达到 9.2℃ ,仓内空气与种堆最高温差 1.6℃ ;种堆上层温度高于下层温度 ,但温度梯度较小 ,最大温差为 0 .5℃ ;种堆最高相对湿度为 62 % ,表明该类型仓房内的温湿度条件能满足玉米、小麦等种子贮藏条件。仓房南墙内外墙体表面的最高温度差 2 0 .4℃ ,仓房北墙最高热流量为 67.0 W/ m2 ,南墙最高热流量为 12 0 .5 W/ m2 ,表明该仓房墙壁密封性能较好。最后对仓房管理和需要进一步研究的方向提出了建议。 Experiments were conducted in steel structure seed store house in Beijing in summer to investigate temperature and relative humidity. In the test period, the maximum temperature outside is 36.6℃, the maximum average temperature of the air inside is 27.4℃, and the maximum average temperature of the seed is 25.8℃, the difference of the maximum air temperature between the outside and inside of the store house is 9.2℃, the difference between inside air and seed is 1.6℃; temperature of upper layer of seed is 0.5℃ higher than the lower one; the maximum relative humidity of seed is 62%, and this level can meet the condition of the seed store, such as corn, wheat; the difference of maximum temperature between both sides of the south wall is 20.4℃; and the maximum heat conduct of the north wall is 67.0 W/m 2, while the south one is 120.5 W/m 2. It indicates that the airtight capability of the store house is very good. Finally, the suggestions management and problems that need to be studied further are put forward.
