To give a solution for the conventional managing software system of substation equipment that necessitates program modifications for different projects, a vieworiented data programming interface is presented and its dictionary data design, relational operation design, etc. described. The interface allows its users to make changes to tableau format and data in the database for different projects and is therefore of good flexibility and feasibility.
