摘要
针对低压管道输水灌溉系统水井水量与电能利用率低的问题 ,根据低压管道输水灌溉系统的特点 ,提出应用变频调速技术使水泵实现“恒量变压”变频运行的设想。并以试验为依据 ,对该设想的可行性及其节能效果进行了分析论证。结果表明 ,管道各出水口的出水量可一直保持与井的设计出水量相等 ,水泵可一直保持在其最优工况区 ,该次试验的节能效果达到 3 7.3 %~ 82 .6%。
In view of the fact that the availability of well water and the electric energy comprehensive utilization rate are low in surface irrigation under low pressure pipeline of water delivery; a new idea of applying frequency control technology to a low pressure pipeline was proposed in this paper, which allows the pump to operate under the condition of constant discharge at varied pressures. On the basis of the field experiments, the energy saving feasibility and effectiveness of the idea were analyzed. The experimental result shows that the capacity of pipeline water outlets consistently equals the design capacity of the water supply well; the water supply well pump can continually operate at the optimal working condition region; and the energy saving rate of this experiment is 37.3% ~82.6%.
