摘要
选用2个多垩白的、2个少垩白的粳稻品种,研究其在水稻灌浆期间干物质积累、籽粒灌浆速率、含水量的动态变化及与稻米垩白形成的关系。结果表明:灌浆期籽粒干物质积累,多垩白的品种强势粒早于弱势粒,存在明显的异步性,少垩白的品种强势粒和弱势粒干物质积累存在着同步性;多垩白品种的强势粒最大灌浆速率持续时间比少垩白的长,并且弱势粒灌浆起始时间晚,灌浆起伏大;无论强势粒还是弱势粒,在灌浆中后期籽粒的含水量是多垩白的失水快,籽粒充实不良,少垩白的失水平稳,籽粒充实均匀。
Two more and two less chalky Japonica varieties were used to study the dynamic changes of grain dry matter accumulation, milking rate, water content during rice milking stage. Together studied were their relations to the formation of rice chalkiness. The results showed that grain dry matter accumulation of more chalky rice varieties was earlier than that of less chalky ones. In the accumulation, the two groups of varieties showed obvious asynchrony. The vigorous and weak grain of less chalky rice varieties was synchronous in the accumulation. To the vigorous grain of more chalky varieties, the lasting time of maximum milking rate was longer than that of the less chalky ones. The initial milking time of weak grain was later than that of the vigorous. The fluctuation of milking rate was bigger. At medium and late stage of grain milking, whether vigorous or not, water loss of more chalky rice varieties was quicker than that of less chalky rice ones. But grain plumpness of the former was poor, while that of the latter was even.
