摘要
目的 探讨不同剂量巴曲酶对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法 采用线栓法制成大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型。用逆转录—多聚酶链反应检测脑缺血后TNF -αmRNA的表达。结果 对照组与巴曲酶组缺血脑组织TNF -α表达均增加 ,但巴曲酶组TNF -α表达显著低于盐水对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 巴曲酶能抑制缺血后脑组织TNF -αmRNA的表达 ,随着用药量的增加 ,TNF -αmRNA表达含量呈递减趋势。这可能是其治疗缺血性脑血管病的机制之一。
Objective To study the protective effect of different dosages of Batroxobin on focal cerebral ischemia. Methods The animal models of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were made by thread embolism of middle cerebral artery. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of TNF-α mRNA. Results The expressions of TNF-α mRNA in Batroxobin groups were significantly decreased, compared with the control groups. Furthermore, the quantities of the expression of TNF-α mRNA were declined when Batroxobin dosages increased. Conclusion Batroxobin has significantly proctective effect which has relativity to Batroxobin's dosages.
