摘要
采用回流、超声波、微波3种不同方法提取人参皂苷。结果表明:超声波、微波提取法与传统的回流提取方法相比,人参皂苷的提取率接近,分别为3 99%、3 56%、3 27%,且操作简捷。在微波提取条件下,比较了以50%乙醇、水、甲醇为提取溶剂人参皂苷的得率,结果是以50%乙醇为提取剂的人参皂苷提取率更高(5 25%),该方法为工业化提取人参皂苷提供了新途径。
Ginsenoside extraction was conducted by way of ultrasonic, microwave and circumfluence respectively The results show that ratios under ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction are similar to that under circumfluence extraction (the traditional method), being 399%,356% and 327% respectively Under microwave extraction, the ratio of Ginsenosides with ethanal solution of 50% is higher than that of methanol solution This result will optimize the extracting method through microwave and offer a new approach to industrialization in Ginsenoside extraction as well
