摘要
本研究采用双硫腙比色法对我国各地不同茶类的 85个茶样的含铅量进行系统的分析 ,结果表明茶叶平均含铅量为 1.97m g/ kg;被测不同茶类的平均铅含量顺序为 :普洱茶 <茉莉花茶 <绿茶 <红茶 <乌龙茶 <砖茶。笔者认为通过合理采摘等农艺措施和蒸汽杀青的加工工艺 ,可能达到降低茶叶含铅量的目的。
85 tea samples were collected from various tea producing area in China, and lead concentration of these samples was studied using dithizone chromometer method. The results showed that the lead average concentration of these samples was 1.97 mg/kg, and that the sequence of lead level in different kinds of tea was pu'er<jasmine tea<green tea<black tea<oolong tea<brick tea. It was suggested that suitable plucking and steaming-fixation processing might decrease the lead level of tea.
