城市土地可持续利用评价的指标体系与方法

The Indicator System and Method to Assess the Sustainability of Urban Land Use

城市土地的可持续利用是可持续发展的重要组成部分。衡量城市土地利用是否可持续,需要对城市土地利用系统进行定量的科学评价。从影响城市土地可持续利用的用地面积、用地效益、用地结构和用地管理等方面构建了城市土地可持续利用评价的指标体系,并对其计算方法进行研究。最后以杭州市为例,对杭州市及所辖六区的城市土地可持续利用程度进行了评价和分析。

The sustainable use of urban land is a n important part of sustainable deve lopment.It needs quantitative scientific assessment on the system of urban land use so that to measure whether the urban land use is sustain-able.Urban Land use system is a compl icated and largely open one.The field theory analysis on co -ecosystem provides a new concept for the study o n sustainability of urban land use.B ased on separate measurement for the level of sustainable use,potential of sustainable use,harmonious degree of sustainable use,the sustainab le use degree of urban land is assessed by case study of Hangzhou City.The degree of sustainable use of urban land in Hangzhou City and six districts attached is an alyzed and assessed.
