摘要
啮合齿之间的油膜厚度是反映齿轮润滑状态的重要参数。本文采用电涡流传感器和虚拟仪器 ,在自制的齿轮实验装置上 ,对直齿圆柱齿轮多种工况下的齿面润滑状态进行了动态监测 ,并且分析了转速、载荷、润滑油温度对润滑状态的影响。
The thickness of oil film between the meshing teeth is the important parameter reflecting the gear pair lubricating state.With eddy current sensor and virtual instrument,on the self-made gear testing device,the lubrication states under various working conditions are dynamically traced and measured.Meanwhile the effects of rotating speed,load and temprature,viscosity of the lubricating oil on lubrication states are analyzed.
