稠油乳化HLB值测定新方法及其应用研究

THE NEW METHOD OF MEASURING HEAVY OIL EMULSIFYING HLB VALUE AND ITS APPLICATION

介绍测定稠油乳化HLB值的常规HLB值法及荧光法 ,指出了 2种测定方法的不足。提出一种相对简便而准确的测定方法—MHY法。该方法分两步测定稠油乳化HLB值 ,即第一步以常规HLB值法测定稠油乳化HLB值的范围 ,第二步以荧光法测定稠油乳化HLB值的准确值。以辽河油田高 3- 5 - 5 3井稠油为例 。

The regular HLB value way and fluorescence law of determining heavy oil emulsification HLB value were introduced separately,and pointed out the deficiencies of two kinds of survey methods.A kind of relatively simple,convenient and accurate survey method-MHY law was put forward for the first time.This method divide into two steps to survey heavy oil emulsification HLB value,namely first determine heavy oil emulsification HLB value range with routine HLB value law,second determine heavy oil emulsification exact HLB value with fluorescence law.Taking Liaohe Oilfield well Gao 3-5-53 as example,adopting MHY law determine heavy oil emulsification HLB value exactly.
