川芎天麻饮治疗脑动脉硬化症35例

Clinical Study of Chuanxiong Tianma Yin in the Treatment of 35 Patients with Cerebral Arteriosclerosis

运用自拟川芎天麻饮辨证加减治疗脑动脉硬化症 3 5例 ,并与采用维生素E、烟酸酯胶囊、尼莫地平治疗的对照组比较 ,两组患者均在治疗 2周 (1个疗程 )后 ,结果显示 :①治疗组有效率为 82 .86% ,对照组有效率为 60 %。治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ;②两组治疗前后血清胆固醇 (Tch)和甘油三酯 (TG)有明显变化 ,且组间比较治疗组显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;③两组治疗前后左椎动脉 (LVA)、右椎动脉 (RVA)及椎基底动脉 (BA)血流变化比较 :两组均能增加脑部血流量 ,且治疗后组间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组优于对照组。结论表明 :川芎天麻饮有较好的降血脂 ,改善微循环 ,改善脑部供血、供氧不足的作用。

Chuanxiong Tianma Yin was applied with modification in the treatment of 35 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis. The results were compared with those obtained from the control group treated with vitamin E, nicotinate capsules and nimordipine after one course of treatment (two weeks). The treatment group has a higher total rate of effectiveness (82.8%) than the control group (60%) ( P <0.05). Obvious changes were found in both groups in terms of TCH and TG after treatment with the former better than the latter ( P <0.01). As for changes in blood flow of the LVA, RVA and BA, both methods could increase volume in the brain. There is marked difference in between ( P <0.01). These indicate Chuanxiong Tianma Yin has the functions of reducing blood lipid, improving microcirculation, and regulating cerebral blood and oxygen supplies.
