摘要
提出了一种基于低成本的四开关逆变器与有源功率因数校正技术的新型的交 -直 -交变频电路。该电路使用一块标准六开关IPM模块 ,用其中两个桥臂的四只开关构成逆变桥 ,而省下的两只功率开关一只用于有源功率因数校正电路PFC的主开关 ,另一只用于泵升电压的能量泻流 ,而开关反并联的二极管用于整流桥和直流母线间的相互隔离。使用单片机MB89P857与专用芯片L6560进行了样机实验 。
A novel AC_DC_AC converter circuitry which included a four_switch lowcost inverter with the capability of high power factor correction(PFC)is proposed,and a standard six_switch intelligent power module(IPM).Four switches in the IPMare used as an inverter while the rest two are used as follows:one is the switch for PFC;another one provides a path for the surge current.Further the reverse shunt power diode disconnects the rectifier and the DC bus bars.The experiˉmental results showthat this circuit reduced size has good running characters,which prove the practicability and potential of the configuration for AC motor drive applications.
