低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射对糖尿病脑梗塞家兔血流变及超氧化物歧化酶水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨低能量He Ne激光血管内照射 (ILIB)配合中药治疗实验性糖尿病脑梗塞家兔血流变及超氧化物歧化酶水平的影响。方法 :经四氧嘧啶造成糖尿病及光化学方法造成脑梗塞的高脂家兔糖尿病脑梗塞模型 2 8只 ,分模型组、单纯激光照射组、中药糖脑络通方治疗组、激光 +中药组进行不同治疗 ,测其血液流变学及超氧化物歧化酶水平 ,进行组间比较及与正常组 7只比较。结果 :与模型组比较 ,ILIB、糖脑络通方以及联合治疗组均可见全血中切交率显著改善 ,红细胞变形指数、聚集指数和全血高切还原黏度显著减低 ,纤维蛋白原显著减少 ,超氧化物歧化酶含量显著升高。联合治疗组比单纯治疗组疗效显著。结论 :低能量He Ne激光血管内照射、中药糖脑络通方、激光 +中药均可有效地改善糖尿病脑梗塞模型血流变异常状态 ,升高自由基清除能力 ,从而对糖尿病脑梗塞有一定改善作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of intravenous low intensity laser radiation (IL IB) with traditional Chinese medicine on blood rheology and superoxide dismutase of the rabbits of experimental diabetic stroke. Methods:28 success fully modele d rabbits, after alloxian injection for diabetes and photochemical radiation for stroke, were randomized into four treatment group: control group (B);ILIB group (C); traditional Chinese herb (TCH) treatment group (D); and a group with compound treatment of ILIB and TCH(E). 7 unmodeled rabbits were made as the normal group (A). Blood rheology and SOD were observed. Results: Compared with gr oup B, group C.D.E can also significantly rectify the abnormal blood rheology an d raise the amount of superoide dismutase. Group E were seen with better effect than the group of single treatment. Treatments of ILIB、TCH and their combined t reatment can effectively correct the abnormal blood rheological state and increa se the abiligy of cleaning free radicals. These effects might contribute their e ffect of treating diabetes cerebral infarction.
