探讨了在村田33H型拉伸假捻变形机上开发生产熔结紧点丝的生产工艺,结果表明,合理控制丝速、拉伸比、假捻速比、假捻角度、热箱温度及超喂率,可制得风格独特的涤纶低弹丝。

The technology of PET false-twist textured yarn with tight-spot is introduced. It is shown that the process parameters including spinning speed, draw ratio, false-twist speed ratio, false-twist angel, temperature of heater and over feed ratio should be controlled correctly. In this way, a unique style PET set yarn can be obtained by the Murata 33H draw texturing machine.
