摘要
考察了在不同参照系中的同一电磁过程,并给出相应的物理解释,说明了电力和磁力的相对性。
This article examines the same electromagnetic process in different reference frames and gives out the relative physical explanation to illustrate the relativity of electric force and magnetic force.
