摘要
综述了国内外有序、定向碳纳米管制备的研究进展。着重介绍了模板法和等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术在碳纳米管制备方面的应用,并就制备原理、影响因素等作了简单介绍。
Progress in research on the synthesis of aligned carbon nanotubes are reviewed in detail in this paper.Many methods for alignment of carbon nanobutes are introduced.especially templated synthesis and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition.Also,growth mechanism and some factors influencing the alignment of carbon nanotubes are discussed.
