摘要
通过对化纤纺丝卷取机构锭轴传动方式的原理分析,介绍了一种应用PCC技术实现锭轴传动型卷取机构的控制系统硬件结构和软件设计。
Through analyzing the principle of take-up mechanism of spindle drive for synthetic filaments, the design of software and hardware for the control system of spindle drive mode for take-up mechanism with PCC technology is introduced. It is importance for high speed spinning machine in providing a feasible application way.
