摘要
冻胶膜固砂剂是一种酸性固砂剂 ,由稠化剂 (PAM)、交联剂 (GL - 6 )及酸液组成 ,可用于酸化同时又可解决酸化过程中的缓速与出砂问题。文中研究了冻胶膜固砂剂的作用机理 ,通过冲砂试验评价了冻胶膜固砂剂对固砂效果的各种影响因素 。
The sand-consolidation agent of gelation membrane is a kind of acid fluid,which consists of thickening agent(PAM),cross-linking agent(GL-6)and acid,which can acidize formation and solve the questions of retarding reaction velocity and sanding during the acidizing simultaneously.The working mechanisms of sand-consolidation agent of gelation membrane are studied,and several effect factors are evaluated by the experiment of sand washing in this paper.Then,the optimum ingredients are selected according to the offect of sand-consolidation.
