摘要
结合多年参加国际、国内重大比赛执裁经验,通过对散打比赛中运动员出现犯规现象的分析,对散打比赛中运动员犯规的判断和处理问题及裁判员素质问题进行探讨和研究,为更加准确地掌握和执行散打规则和提高散打竞赛评判的公正、公平提供参考依据。
Through combining with many years' experience of judging in Chinese and abroad games and analysis on phenomena of athletes' offending in Sanda games, the author made research and discussion on the judgement and treatment of athletes' offending and umpire's quality in reference to umpires' more correct fulfilment of Sanda regulations and improving the justice and fairness of Sanda competitions.
