在处于转型期的中国 ,政治腐败以其巨大的危害性而受到社会的关注。从一个经济的角度 ,对政治腐败的成本和效益进行宏观和微观的分析 ,并以此出发 ,试图对反腐败应达致的均衡水平和应采取的措施进行较为系统的思考。

In the period of transition of China, the society has paid much attention to the harmfulness of the political corruption. In view of economy, this paper makes an analysis of the cost and efficiency of political corruption, and gives a reflection of the level of average equilibrium against corruption and the measures to be adopted.
