对株洲市农村公路现状的思考

Ponderation over the Present Condition of the Rural Highway in Zhuzhou City

通过对株洲市农村公路现状的调查,摸清了该地区农村公路技术等级低,拥挤度高,通达深度高等具体情况。分析了存在的主要问题:路网不完善,资金短缺,工程质量及行业管理力度不够等现状。提出了解决问题的对策:完善公路网建设,拓宽资金渠道,加强工程建设质量管理及行业管理力度等。对促进该地区农村公路建设和养护管理工作具有一定的指导意义。

The investigation on the present condition of the rural highway-net in Zhouzhou was made. It was concluded that there is a low technical grade,high corwded rural highway-net in this area. The imperfect rural highway-net, the shortage of fund, the poor quality of works and the relaxed supervision are the major problems in the area. Some strategies for settling these problems were put forward. They are perfecting the construction of the rural highway-net, widening the fund collection way and strengthening the supervision and administration on the works quality,There would be some guide significance to the construction and maintenance of the rural highway-net in this area.
