摘要
目的探讨瞬态耳声发射(transient evoked otoacoustic emissions,TEOAE)及畸变产物耳声发射(dsitortion products otoacoustic emissions,DPOAE)在噪声性聋的诊断、监测中的意义。方法以115例(201耳)工厂车工(纯音测听听阈小于40dB HL)与47例(94耳)正常人群相比较,分别检测其TEOAE及DPOAE的引出率,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果两组间的TEOAE及DPOAE的引出率,车工组明显低于对照组,DPOAE的高频点引出率明显低于低频点。结论 TEOAE及DPOAE在噪声性聋的诊断和监测中均有使用价值。
Purpose To detect and discuss the value of using transiently evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) and distortion-product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) in the diagnosis and monitoring noise-induced hearing loss. Methods 115 noisy factory workers (201 ears) with better than 40 dB HL hearing threshold and 47 normal people (94 ears) were detected by TEOAE and DPOAE. Results The difference of presence of TEOAE and DPOAE between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Both TEOAE and DPOAE can give useful indication of noise-induced hearing loss.
