防水、防冻型乳白胶的研制

Development of Waterproof-antifreezn White Emulsoild

采用种子乳液聚合工艺 ,实现了对醋酸乙烯酯的改性 ,研制出防水、防冻型乳白胶。选用丙烯酸丁酯和活性单体丙烯酸与醋酸乙烯共聚 ,以OP - 10和聚乙烯酸为乳化剂 ,过硫酸铵为引发剂 (加入量 0 .2 % ) ,pH值以 6～ 7为宜 ,反应温度 75～ 80℃。产品耐水性由 11min增加到 65min 。

Seeding polymerization was used for the modification of PVAC emulsion.In this paper, waterproof-antifreezn white emulsoild had been synthesized.And the influences of mononer,emulsifying agent,initiator,PH and temperature on characteristies of the product were also discussed.
