摘要
研究了一种新颖的非萘系高效减水剂,用其可以配制高性能混凝土。该高性能混凝土的坍落度在20cm左右,2h内坍落度损失小于3cm,且抗渗标号达S35以上。在该混凝土中再掺加复合超细粉,测定其Cl-扩散系数及通过的电量,Cl-的渗透性属于低档或非常低档的范围,证明了使用该减水剂配制的高性能混凝土具有较好的耐久性。
A new type of unnaphthalene water reducing agent for high performance concrete has been developed and used. There are many advantages for this kind of water reducing agent, such as 20 cm slump, and slump loss less than 3 cm in 2 h, and low permeability, the index more than S35. The diffusion coefficient of chloride has been tested, as a consequence, the adaptability of the water reducing agent is high, and the durability of concrete can be improved by using superfine mineral powder, and this kind of water reducing agent that isn't the salt of sulphonated naphthalene formaldehyde polymers.
