摘要 综述了强化烧结定性与定量分析的相关理论。首先分析了强化烧结的三个重要影响因素:溶解度、析出和扩散。综合这三个影响因素针对固相活化烧结、瞬时液相烧结和稳定液相烧结总结出了三种强化烧结的理想二元相图。介绍了在定性研究基础上发展起来的几种定量模型,包括Miodownik的φ模型和Madan的Ω模型,以及确定模型参数的统计学方法。 A qualitative and quantitative assessment theory is presented for enhanced sintering in this work. Firstly,three criteria for assessing enhanced sintering,including solubility,precipitation and diffusivity,are analyzed. Three ideal two-phase diagrams for enhanced sintering are also deduced respectively for the activated solid phase sintering, the transient liquid phase sintering and the stable liquid phase sintering. Based on these qualitative analyses, several quantitative analysis models are described, including Miodownik's Φ model and Madan's Ω model and the statistic method for the determination of parameters of these models.
