特发性髁突吸收及继发颌骨畸形的研究进展

特发性髁突吸收是一种发生于下颌骨髁突的进行性骨吸收疾病,因其病因病理不明及进行性发展的特点一直受到广泛的关注。患者主要临床表现包括下颌骨位置后缩、升支高度下降,前牙开、后牙早接触以及骨性Ⅱ类错等。本文就近年来特发性髁突吸收及继发颌骨畸形的病因病理、临床表现、治疗策略与方法等相关文章进行综述。

Idiopathic condylar resorption(ICR)is a progressive bone resorption disease that affects the mandibular condyle.It has been attracting widespread attention for its unknown etiology and pathology as well as aggressive progression.The main clinical manifestations include mandibular retraction,decreased ramus height,anterior open bite,premature contacts on posterior teeth and skeletal classⅡmalocclusion.This article reviews the progress on etiology and pathology,clinical manifestations,treatment strategy and methods of ICR as well as secondary maxillofacial abnormalities in recent years.
