摘要
简要叙述了磁卡效应的基本原理、钙铁矿化合物的晶体结构,对比了不同A、B位离子不同比例取代的钙钛矿化合物的磁熵变,并对其机理做了简要分析。
The basic principle of magnetocaloric effect (MCE)and the crystal structure of perovskite-type
manganese oxides are briefly described in this paper. The magnetic entropy changes of perovskite-type manganese oxides whose A or B site ions are substituted with various ions and in various proportions are showed and the mechanism of the MCE is briefly discussed.
