摘要
分析AMPS三元共聚物降解的机理和抑制其降解的化学方法 ,联系中原油田聚合物驱的实际 ,认为热氧化降解、细菌降解和Fe3 + 引起的降解是AMPS三元共聚物降解的主要原因。添加适量除氧剂、杀菌剂及络合剂是阻止AMPS三元共聚物溶液热老化降解。
The mechanism of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane solfonic acid(AMPS)tercopolymer degradation and the chemical methods of retarding such degradation are analyzed.The effect of dissolved oxygen,bacteria and Fe 3+ on the thermal stability of AMPS tercopolymer,as related to the polymer flooding performance in Zhongyuan oilfield,is studied.Results show that the viscosity of AMPS tercopolymer solution drops rapidly without additives.Good viscosity thermal stability can be gained by combination of several additives.
