摘要
从新型固定相、传统固定相性能的改进两个方面综述了高效液相色谱中用硅胶键合固定相近几年来的研究发展概况 。
Progress in chemically bonded silica phases used in high performance of liquid chromatography (HPLC) was reviewed in three aspects: firstly,new phases designed for new analyses,fullerenes and chiral stationary phases; secondly,further researches and improvements of conventional phases. Works dealing with base-endurable properties of reversed phases; thirdly,theories on retention properties.
