高校体育课分层教学方法的实验研究

Experiment and Research on the Stratified Teaching Method for College Physical Education

对部分男生身体素质进行测试 ,收集数据并在此基础上按其不同的体质分班 ,进行分层教学的实验研究 ,证明分层教学为高校体育教学改革提供了一个简便。

Based on the test and data collecting of a group of male students' physical substance, we divided them into different classes in the light of students' physical substance, conduced the experiment and research on the stratified teaching method, and improved that this method has offered a simple and feasible method for the reform of college physical education.
