公共卫生领域中的伦理学

Ethics in the public Health

当前的医学伦理学多从微观角度研究 ,而从宏观公共卫生领域的研究甚少。而在公共卫生领域中引入伦理学对人群健康及社会发展有着积极作用。公共卫生主要以社群主义、其他理论为理论基础。当前公共卫生领域中存在不少的伦理问题 ,据此 ,本文作者提出了在公共卫生实践中应遵守的几条原则。

Current researches of medical ethics are mainly conducted from a micro perspective not a macro and public health view. However, its very useful and necessary to combine ethics with public health for population health and economic development. Communitarism, libertarianism and other theories are the primary basis for ethics in public health. And there are lots of ethic issues in the field of public health. This paper proposed several principles of the ethical practice of public health.
