功能基因体学蛋白质体学与冬虫夏草之保肝抗癌机制 被引量:1

摘要 草药的成分包含许多有害及有益之生物活性混合物,如何像西方药物那样清楚地分离草药使其具药性成分,即草药的准备、品质控制及用药安全均更形重要。最近,中草药应用领域已开发出更多合乎逻辑的科学研究方法;且近几年间在基因体技术方面已呈跳跃式进步。在这两大前提下,中草药的相关研究与发展势必更为篷勃并将中草药的价值大为提升。本文将以生物体学的角度探讨冬虫夏草保肝抗癌机制,来为中草药科学化、标准化作深入的诠释。生物体学结合功能基因体学(functional genomics)、蛋白质体学(proteomics)两大学门最先进的研究方法并加入生物资讯的应用;详加探讨具药性冬虫夏草之抗癌保肝功能之机制。为更进一步的冬虫夏草研究提供了非常重要的基础。此外,整套分析系统更可进一步应用于所有传统中草药;而传统医学一直以来为人所垢病无法科学化的问题将得以解决,中草药将更广为世人所用;嘉惠所有病患,提升医疗水准。 The components of herb medicine consist of many kinds of compounds that may be good or harmful. It becomes critical to distinguish and separate entirely the useful pottion from the other ones. At the same time, the preparation or quality control of herb medicine and safety are also very important. Recently, lots of scientific methods are used to study traditional Chinese medicine and the genetic techniques keep jumping forward, then the value of Chinese medicine must be uplifted because of the flourish researching this field. In our paper, we would like to discuss the function in liver protection and anti-cancer of Cordyceps Sinensis. at biomics point of view to demonstrate the scientific and standard essence in traditional Chinese medicine. Bioomics links functional genomics and proteomics together, in addition bioinformatics increases the process in studying the mechanism or function of anti-cancer and liver protection in Cordyceps Sinensis. It has proved a pivotal fundamental for further research. In sum, once the whole analytic system is constructed, all kinds of traditional medicine could be subjected to it and the defect in taking advantage of herb medicine would be erased. Then the usage of traditional Chinese medicine will be more effective and the public health could be improved.
