摘要
市场改革的深化致使中国国有企业必须按市场逻辑塑造自己的行为。为了适应激烈的市场竞争,价格战略及数量战略已被中国企业频繁采用。战略的不同必然导致企业行为的差异。本文利用第2阶段的价格竞争的2阶段博弈双寡头竞争模型,考察价格战略对企业国有比重的影响,并与数量战略进行比较分析,进而提出国有企业改革的政策建议。
Chinese national enterprises must portray their actions according to market's logic because of the market's reform deepen.For fit the market competition,Chinese enterprises used the price strategy and amount strategy frequently.Different strategies must lead to different enterprises' actions.The article uses the two stages' game,two oligarchies competition model of the second stage price competition,inspects the effect of price strategy to enterprises' national proportion,analyses with amount strategy,and gives policy suggestions to national enterprises' reform.
